Our Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our parent-run customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Which items you’d like to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (helps us improve our adventure gear!)

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions. Please:

  • Pack items in original packaging if possible
  • Include all tags and original labels

  • Keep your tracking number – like keeping track of little explorers!

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Refunds:

  • Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Free shipping on exchanges over $50

Special Considerations

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Children’s Accessories: Hats, hair accessories, and other wearable accessories
  • Toys: All play items for hygiene reasons

Note: We’ll make exceptions if these items arrive damaged or defective.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method – like we recommend sturdy shoes for little feet!

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your adventure gear arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “explorer’s oath!”
